1) Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:55 p.m.

2) Roll Call

Attendees: Graham Ginsberg, Tim Lalonde, Ann King, Helga Sarazin, Marg Willis, Pierre Gratton.

3) Agenda.

The published agenda was agreed to.

4) Review of Previous Minutes

April 1, 2007 and April 17, 2007. Several small typos and other minor errors were identified. With these amendments, the minutes were accepted.

5) Executive Reports

a) President’s Report.

Ann reported that she had attended the CTF AGM in Edmonton. While there were many rule changes, they mainly affect youth. Ann will prepare a summary of the changes. Next year’s meeting will be held in Winnipeg.

b) Association Manager

Most activity now is getting the averages in and sorted out.

6) Business Arising

a) Youth Scholarship Fund

Nicole has finally given Ann the information on the Capital District Junior Bowling Association-YABA Scholarship Funds. We now have a list of the recipients, when and where the scholarships were won, account information and a history of the funds.

There are several outstanding actions:

· Sort out and gather information on the recipients eligibility to collect, etc.

· Develop a management policy for the CDTBA Scholarship Fund.

· Helga Sarazin is in receipt of the scholarship funds as she withdrew the funds and closed the old scholarship account. Helga to contact Marg Willis (CDTBA Association Manager) to meet and open a new bank account in the name of CDTBA Youth Scholarship Funds and deposit said funds to the new account.

7) Year End Review

There was a general discussion on the past year. Many felt that the Website Contests and the Buffa Clinic were successful and should be continued.

The format for the AGM seemed to be a success, with many members in attendance. Light food and snacks were provided.

After the AGM: Annual Tournament prizes/payouts were presented, door prizes were drawn and the Website Contest grand prize winner was drawn. Patricia Raymond was the Grand Prize winner of the double ball bag.

There was general consensus that while there is still much to do, it had been a good year.
