Youth Tournament - February 7^th or 8^th, 2009 - Tim and John to discuss with Ray Bullard.

Adult Tournament - February 28^th, March 1^st, 7^th and 8^th. Averages as of January 1, 2009

-Check when Tuesday night league is done for this season.

-McArthur Lanes and Quille-O-Drome Galaxie have been granted CTF Conditional Certification. Deficiencies must be rectified before full certification is granted.

-New supplier required - suggestion Paul Martin Trophies, Orleans.

-See if Owen Labelle will look after this.

-Outstanding plaques and new plaques to be made by new supplier and board updated.

-John Alguire would like to have a match play tournament - end of January or mid February 2009.

-Removal of Luc Leblanc from CDTBA Board as he has not attended meetings. Motion by John Alguire, seconded by Tracey Lalonde. Unanimous - Carried.
