Meeting Minutes

1) Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.

2) Roll Call

Attendees: Tim Lalonde, Ann King, Pierre Gratton and Tracey Lalonde (arrived 7:45 p.m.).

Absent: Monique Grenier, John Alguire and Jackie Alguire.

3) Agenda

The published agenda was agreed to:

Motion to accept after Tracey arrived: Tracey Lalonde, seconded Pierre Gratton. Unanimous-Carried.

4) Review of Previous Minutes

March 18, 2009 meeting.

Motion to accept after Tracey arrived: Tracey Lalonde, seconded Pierre Gratton. Unanimous-Carried.

5) Executive Reports

President’s Report – Ann King

-AGM and Season Celebration went well.

-We had a good season with lane inspection course, coaching clinic, ball draws and tournaments.

-Meeting with league executives, in August, when we distribute kits for next season.

Association Manager – Pierre Gratton

-Financial Report same as AGM.

-Remaining membership cards should be in before the Provincial Tournament.

6) Committees

TOURNAMENTS - Tim Lalonde

-Annual tournament reports given to AM and sent to CTF.

LANE INSPECTIONS - Ann King

-Galaxie re-inspection on March 22, 2009 sent to CTF.

-McArthur still working to rectify deficiencies.

7) Other Business - None

8) New Business

-Working on CTF Charter renewal. To be submitted by July 31, 2009.

- Ann called CTF for information and procedures on league missing funds. Discussion on this topic.

Monday June 8, 2009 at 7:00 pm.
