1) Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m.

2) Roll Call

Attendees: Ann King, Pierre Gratton, Tim Lalonde, and Monique Cyr.

Regrets: Tracey Lalonde and Mario Lamothe.

Absent: Monique Grenier.

3) Agenda

The published agenda was agreed to:

4) Review of Previous Minutes

October 5, 2009 meeting.

5) Executive Reports

President’s Report – Ann King

-CTF-CDTBA Charter renewal documents received for August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2014.

Association Manager – Pierre Gratton

-Financial Report

-Memberships are paid from all leagues.

6) Committees

Website updated - Pierre Gratton

Tournaments - Tim Lalonde

-Annual Association Adult Tournament February 27^th, 28^th , March 6^th and 7^th, 2010

-Youth Tournament – not confirmed. Prizes – gift certificates.

-Other Tournaments – Triple Knockout in January 2010.

7) Other Business

-Discussion on Youth Tournament gift certificates from last season.

-Fund Raising – Ball draw during Annual Tournament.

-2009 Ottawa Sports Awards – January 20, 2010.

Ann King nominated: David Wiskowski bowled 810 series and 300 game on January 20, 2009.

Seconded: Tim Lalonde. Unanimous-Carried.

Notification will be sent to David and the CDTBA will purchase a ticket for David to bring a guest

to the awards banquet.

8) New Business

-Discussion of party for 6^th year CTF-CDTBA anniversary.

-2011 CMC Tournament bid – deferred.

-Interest is low for the CTF chocolate fund raising.
