President’s Report

-Membership check done.

Association Manager

-Leagues to be contacted in reference to membership check discrepancies.

-Financial Report as of December 27, 2008 viewed. Computer in for repair.

MONTHLY BALL DRAWS

-Winners November 2008 - Gisele Belisle and Mike Cleary.

-January and possibly February draws.

TOURNAMENTS - Tim Lalonde

-Singles Strike Nine - December 27/08

27 entries - $100.00 from ball draws added to prize fund - Financials submitted.

-Adult Association Annual Tournament

Adult Tournament - February 28^th, March 1^st, 7^th and 8^th. Averages as of January 1, 2009.

Monthly Ball Draw proceeds will be added to the handicap prize fund ($700.00 = $300.00 Teams,

$200.00 Doubles and $200.00 Singles).

Ball draw proceeds, from this tournament, will go to the Youth Program to assist with expenses to send

bowlers to the Youth Provincial Championships in May 2009.

-Youth Tournament - Ann King discussed with Ray Bullard. Ray to provide input and confirm date.

-Match Play Tournament - See if we can do this in early February.

-Tournament at Galaxie - Not feasible to have a Triple Knockout tournament.

LANE INSPECTIONS - Ann King

-Quille-O-Drome Galaxie is ready for a re-inspection.

-McArthur Lanes is proceeding with correcting deficiencies.

7) Business From Previous Minutes

TSN Bowling - Pierre Gratton

-Quille-O-Drome Galaxie has not received package. Further to come.

Honor Score Board

-Board to be updated ASAP with outstanding and new plaques. Inquiries received as to why the board

has not been updated.

-CMC Tournament Bid - Delayed.

8) Other Business

-CTF-AGM in Thunder Bay April 16 to 19, 2009. Information and delegate forms should be forthcoming.

-CDTBA-AGM will be Tuesday, April 7, 2009. Same format as last season.

9) New Business

-Community Sports Coaching Course will be held in Kingston on February 7, 2009. CDTBA will pay the

course fee of $100.00 per participant for a maximum of three participants. The OTBA will refund

$25.00 per participant.
