4) Review of Previous Minutes

AGM April 7, 2009 meeting and April 28, 2009.

5) Removal of Board Member

Due to the CTF membership suspension of John Alguire, he is to be removed from the board.

Motion by Tim Lalonde: John Alguire is to be removed from the CDTBA Board of Directors.

Seconded by: Ann King Carried: All approved.

6) Renewal of CTF Charter

Application completed. Pierre to send application and copy of new bylaws to CTF for approval.

5) Old Business

In reference to John Alguire and Michel Gendron, the final CTF decision letters were read by Pierre Gratton. Discussion resulted in the decision to send CTF a letter expressing the boards unanimous disappointment at one of their decisions.
