Meeting Minutes

1) Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m.

2) Roll Call

Attendees: Tim Lalonde, Ann King, Pierre Gratton and Tracey Lalonde (arrived 7:45 p.m.).

Regrets: John Alguire and Jackie Alguire.

Absent: Monique Grenier.

3) Agenda

The published agenda was agreed to:

Motion to accept after Tracey arrived: Pierre Gratton, seconded Tracey Lalonde. Unanimous-Carried.

4) Review of Previous Minutes

February 25, 2009 meeting.

5) Executive Reports

President’s Report – Ann King

-Final average report sheet, local awards report and league officers for next season sheet to leagues (Larry Gagne League-done next week).

-All to be stapled together

-Note – can be put in CDTBA box.

Association Manager – Pierre Gratton

-Financial Report distributed.

-Membership check: No cards received. Cards should be ordered for Alain J. Tremblay and Eric Cubaynes.

-Website updated.

6) Committees

MONTHLY BALL DRAWS

-$50.00 remaining proceeds to the prize fund for the TKO Tournament at Galaxie, March 22, 2009.

TOURNAMENTS - Tim Lalonde

-Adult Tournament - February 28, March 1, 7 & 8

-234 entries (a few more that last season)

-Official results posted and awards ordered

-Tournament ball draw proceeds - $284.00 to Youth Program

Youth Tournament - Saturday, March 7^th 9:30 a.m.

-Tournament Director Ray Bullard

-Gift certificates will be given Mar 21^st

-Reports submitted to AM and CTF

Tournament at Galaxie – Triple Knock Out

-Date/time changed to Sunday, March 22^nd 11:00 a.m.

-Tournament Director Marco Proulx.

-$35.00 entry fee ($10.00 lineage).

LANE INSPECTIONS - Ann King

-Galaxie re-inspection on March 22.

-McArthur still working to rectify deficiencies.

-Owen Labelle has updated the honor board.
