President’s Report – Ann King

-Welcome to new board members. Each given a copy of the CDTBA Bylaws.

-Bank signing authority to be changed.

-Local Award Medals for 2008-2009 distributed to winners.

-CTF-CDTBA Charter renewal approved for August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2014.

-Financial Report

-Kits were distributed and average books (with CTF #’s) at both centres.

-CTF insurance paid.

-Youth Tournament – to be discussed with Ray Bullard. Prizes – gift certificates.

-Other Tournaments – Singles Strike 9 – October 25^th.

- Doubles Strike 9 – November 22^nd.

- More in January and February.

7) Other Business

-AGM – April 6, 2010

-Youth Tournament Prizes from last season to be claimed by October 31^st. Original gift certificate and copy of purchase receipt must be submitted for payment. Reminders to winners to claim.

-Fund Raising – Two or three Ball Draws

-Adult Provincial Tournament – Windsor, May 1^st to 24^th. Information to be posted.

8) New Business

- Certified Officials program – to leagues and board.

-Notify leagues of CTF Youth rule changes.

-Ottawa Sports Awards – nominee to be finalized at next meeting.
