1) Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m.

2) Roll Call

Attendees: Ann King, Pierre Gratton, Tim Lalonde, and Monique Cyr.

Regrets: Monique Grenier and Mario Lamothe.

Absent: Tracey Lalonde.

3) Agenda

The published agenda was agreed to:

Motion to accept: Tim Lalonde, seconded Monique Cyr. Unanimous-Carried.

4) Review of Previous Minutes

December 7, 2009 meeting.

Motion to accept as amended: Pierre Gratton, seconded Monique Cyr. Unanimous-Carried.

5) Executive Reports

President’s Report – Ann King

-No Report

Association Manager – Pierre Gratton

-Financial Report

-Youth gift certificates for 2008-2009 tournament – Talk to Helga Sarazin or Ray Bullard.

6) Committees

Website updated - Pierre Gratton

-Put tournament post on website and send email to members.

Tournaments - Tim Lalonde

-Triple Knockout on January 24, 2010 – well attended 46 entries.

-Poster up for Annual Association Adult Tournament February 27^th, 28^th , March 6^th and 7^th, 2010

-Youth Tournament – Talk to Ray Bullard on February 13, 2010. Prizes – gift certificates.

7) Other Business

-Fund Raising – Ball draw during Annual Tournament and league play. Ball to be purchased from Stan Smith in Brockville.

-AGM Season Celebration – April 6, 2010 – Organize.

8) New Business

Inquiries: -Pacers – Don’t have to be CTF members unless specified in league constitution.

-OTBA Awards – Forms and remind leagues.

-CTF Pins – Qualifications.

Monday, March 15, 2010 at 7:00 pm.
