President’s Report – Ann King

-Financial Report

-Youth gift certificates for 2008-2009 tournament – Cheque will be issued on March 20, 2010.

6) Committees

Website updated - Pierre Gratton

-Remove tournament notice, add AGM noti. Recognize David Wiskowski for setting a new CTF Canadian record for 9 Game All-Events with a score of 2273 in the CDTBA annual tournament.

Tournaments - Tim Lalonde

-Youth Tournament – report submitted – gift certificates will be awarded on March 20, 2010.

-Adult Tournament – report will be submitted for AGM. Two 300 games bowled in tournament.

-Ball Draw proceeds of $269.00 given to youth to assist with expense for the Youth Provincials.

7) Other Business

-Memo to leagues dated March 15^th. Subjects: CDTBA AGM and Season Celebration, OTBA Awards Revised Application, Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), CTF Awards, Year End Averages, Local Awards Form,

-AGM and Season Celebration – April 6, 2010. Posted and notice sent to league secretaries.

-Order more BB kits for next season.

-Tax receipts for youth.

8) New Business

CTF-AGM on April 24, 2010 in Montreal – Ann King and Pierre Gratton will attend as delegates, Diane Gratton and Tim Lalonde will be alternate delegates.

-Tim Lalonde – delegate to OTBA-AGM.

-CTF Award of Merit awards – must be submitted within 30 days from the end of the season.

- Directors up for election: Ann King, Tim Lalonde and Pierre Gratton.
